How will my orders ship?

Orders are shipped as soon as possible, but as this is a one-woman operation, please allow up to 3 days for handling. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive in the United States.

Is it possible to combine shipping on multiple items?

If you’re ordering multiple items, please reach out for a custom shipping quote prior to placing your order. I’d like to help you save on shipping any way that I can!

What if I’m not happy with my order?

In the event that you are not happy with your order, please let me know within 30 days of your purchase, so I can make it right. (Please include your order number in your correspondence).

If you receive a damaged product, a full refund or replacement will be provided. (Photos of damaged items will be requested). Other requests for refund or exchange will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In the case of an exchange, buyer will pay return-shipping costs and refunds will be issued to original payment method after items are received and found to be in new, undamaged condition.

What should I know about payments and charges?

  • All purchase amounts are listed in US Dollars (USD).

  • If you find that you need to cancel your order, please submit your request immediately. Orders cannot be canceled once items have shipped.

  • If you have questions about charges to your card or refunds to your account, please reach out.

  • All transactions are processed via Stripe with encrypted SSL checkout. This means that Bilbury Press neither sees nor stores your credit card information.

What about other information I provide?

  • Your name and address will be used to fulfill your order, nothing more.

  • If you elect to opt-in to the newsletter, you will receive occasional emails from Bilbury Press, but you can choose to opt-out at any time.

  • No identifying information will ever be shared with anyone outside of Bilbury Press (excepting your encrypted credit card information for the purposes of payment as outlined above).
